I've Got My Eyes on You

In my many wanderings through cyberspace, I came across designer Laura Mackness. A graduate of Central St.Martins in London and known for her playful prints of eyes, hands and such has collabo'd on a line for the Swedish store, Weekday. I love the simplicity of the designs that are then made playful, fun and unique through Mackness' use of color and, of course, those signature prints. What is even more cool is the images of her mood board for the collection. As a designer I find that making a mood board can be tricky, capturing the right photos to create the right tone and story for the collection is crucial, at least for me. Now the only problem left is how to get myself to Stockholm which is the only place you can pick up the collection.(photos from stylebubble)
